As Advance Driving School is an educational and service-oriented business, we do not ship physical goods or products to your address. This policy clarifies how our online and offline services are delivered to you upon purchase.
1. Online Recorded Courses
Our online courses are digital products. Delivery of these services is instantaneous and fully electronic.
- Delivery Method: Access is provided via your account dashboard on our website.
- Delivery Timeline: You will receive access to your purchased online course immediately after successful payment confirmation via Razorpay.
- Access Duration: Access is generally lifetime unless a specific expiration date is explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
2. Offline Practical Training
Our offline practical courses involve physical, in-person training services delivered at our facility or specified locations in Indore.
- Scheduling (Delivery Setup): After your enquiry or booking is confirmed and payment is collected, our staff will contact you via phone or email to schedule your daily 30-minute training slots.
- Service Location: Training is conducted in and around our registered address: Khatiwala Tank, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452014, unless otherwise specified.
- Delivery Timeline: Service delivery begins on the mutually agreed-upon start date and spans the duration of the purchased course (e.g., 10-day or 15-day courses).
3. Issues with Delivery
